Walk and Talk Therapy
“Walk and Talk Therapy can help with issues such as anxiety, depression, overthinking, worrying too much, Stress and many more. No matter how big or small you think your problem is, it always helps to talk about it.”

What is Walk and Talk?

Walk and talk therapy combines psychotherapy with movement and nature providing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Walk and talk therapy takes place out in the open, where you have the opportunity to talk and explore how you are feeling while benefiting from movement, exercise, nature and fresh air!

Sometimes it is easier to talk when side by side rather than opposite a therapist and some may prefer to be outside of the office-based therapy environment in which case, Walk and Talk is perfect for you.

Benefits

Walk and Talk Therapy can help with issues such as anxiety, depression, overthinking, worrying too much, Stress and many more.

No matter how big or small you think your problem is, it always helps to talk about it. If you would like to talk about anything that is troubling you, please do contact me.

What I Offer

We would have an initial consultation in the therapy room and from there decide a way forward in terms of where and when we meet, how we manage time, what we do if the weather is bad etc.

From the second session onwards, we are outdoors walking side-by-side. You can walk with a dog or a horse if you wish. Locations are in Coaley Woods (dog only) or at The Stables.
